- Introduce AI-assisted tools for development
- Define CI/CD, observability, security, and performance patterns
- Enforce deployment practices for AWS and Kubernetes
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- Run architecture and design sessions
- Coordinate with stakeholders
