- Assess current performance and translate insights into roadmaps
- Advise and mentor consulting initiative owners
- Engage affiliates to enhance process design and organization
- Facilitate access to enablers and provide expert guidance
- Develop market-oriented O2C consulting packages
- Create business cases and implementation roadmaps
- Monitor performance using Customer & Process Insights
- Recommend improvements and connect affiliates with networks
- Contribute to O2C Value Stream Committee
- Support portfolio prioritization and strategic decisions
- Serve as primary reference for O2C training and capability-building
- Handle expert escalations
