Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in construction management or project execution in renewable energy sector
  • •Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil) or equivalent knowledge
  • •Relevant work experience in managing international construction sites
  • •Proven experience in regional or multi-country coordination roles
  • •Strong understanding of construction execution, HSEQ, and quality management
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • •Strategic mindset with ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and geographies
  • •Assertiveness, communication, and teamwork skills with structured approach to work
  • •Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region

Tasks

  • •Oversee construction activities for Solar, Wind, and BESS projects
  • •Lead regional construction strategies across EMEA
  • •Supervise execution of construction activities in the region
  • •Act as primary interface with Country Construction Leads
  • •Ensure consistency in execution, standards, and reporting
  • •Align construction practices across projects and countries
  • •Monitor adherence to construction standards, HSEQ, and quality frameworks
  • •Track regional construction KPIs and support improvement initiatives
  • •Collaborate with the Team Lead On-site Construction for coordination
  • •Lead resource planning and allocation for Construction Managers
  • •Engage in hands-on construction activities with regular site travel
  • •Represent the Construction function in regional forums and governance
