  • 8 years experience in system design/architecture, 4 years in AI/ML architecture
  • Proven expertise in agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
  • Deep understanding of ML, deep learning, and LLMOps
  • Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading technical projects
  • Ability to distinguish AI hype from business use cases
  • Comfort with 'fail fast' AI research and production path
