In this role, you will guide clients through strategic transformations, ensuring that modernization efforts are effective and impactful. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing strategies, facilitating workshops, and building strong partnerships to drive lasting change.

Requirements

• •Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Strategy Consulting, Transformationsleitung oder Organisationsentwicklung

• •Outstanding communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
• •High emotional intelligence, strong presence, and a coaching mindset
• •Understanding of software architectures, cloud-native environments, or containerization
• •Solution selling or account development experience
• •Hands-on experience applying AI in transformation contexts
• •Industry expertise (e.g., financial services, insurance, manufacturing)
