- •Track remediation and quality improvement initiatives
- •Share insights to improve future operating models
- •Implement the future Records Management Target Operating Model
- •Manage regional quality assurance and local mandates
- •Assess regional requirements with local stakeholders
- •Promote adherence to DRM processes and guidelines
- •Integrate Group deliverables into regional business processes
- •Identify risks and triage strategic issues
- •Represent L&H Re in the global enhancement program
