Tasks
- •Record accounts payable invoices and manage workflows.
- •Review, code, and post incoming invoices.
- •Coordinate with purchasing and cost center managers.
- •Clarify and reconcile accounts and deferred invoices.
- •Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- •Process, control, and monitor relevant general ledger accounts.
- •Post ongoing bank transactions and fixed assets.
- •Monitor accounts payable and support dunning and receivables management.
- •Prepare VAT returns and summary reports as needed.
- •Contribute to the continuous development and digitization of accounting.
