Requirements

  • 5+ years experience, 3 in Oncology sales
  • Proven experience in drug launches
  • Completed Pharmaceutical Representative Examination
  • Experience in marketing (advantageous)
  • Deep knowledge of local Healthcare system
  • Business acumen and relationship management skills
  • Ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High performance drive and resilience
  • Omnichannel mindset and digital capabilities
  • Willingness to travel and flexible hours
  • BSc in Business or Life Sciences
  • Fluency in German and English
