Requirements
- •5+ years experience, 3 in Oncology sales
- •Proven experience in drug launches
- •Completed Pharmaceutical Representative Examination
- •Experience in marketing (advantageous)
- •Deep knowledge of local Healthcare system
- •Business acumen and relationship management skills
- •Ability to drive revenue growth
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •High performance drive and resilience
- •Omnichannel mindset and digital capabilities
- •Willingness to travel and flexible hours
- •BSc in Business or Life Sciences
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Achieve quarterly sales targets
- •Position treatments to HCPs via in-person and digital engagement
- •Develop strategic relationships based on clinical needs
- •Create cross-functional key account plans within your territory
- •Lead evidence-based clinical discussions using approved data

- •Execute omnichannel engagement including virtual meetings
- •Share market insights to shape brand strategy
