Tasks
- Act as the central interface for key account customers

- Maintain and develop customer relationships

- Establish a strong internal network within key accounts
- Develop and implement customer-specific key account management strategies
- Develop a sales controlling system for key accounts
- Initiate product improvements
- Develop new solutions with key accounts and R&D
- Prepare and negotiate customer pricing, contracts, and NDAs
- Align negotiations with business segment manager, legal, and sales
- Coordinate technical consultation and support across the value chain
