Tasks

  • Manage all hematology accounts across Switzerland
  • Travel for conferences, meetings, and training sessions
  • Build relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders
  • Maximize sales for the company's hematology brands
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Lead customer activities and sales projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical and HQ teams
  • Gather and interpret marketplace data and insights
  • Identify market opportunities and determine local tactics
  • Share market knowledge and customer insights internally
  • Analyze sales performance and activity spending
  • Define commercial strategies with the Marketing Manager
