Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 5–8 years experience in sales or account management
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts
- Execution of strategic account plans
- Background in solution-based selling and negotiation
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and forecasts
- Industry-specific experience advantageous
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Fluent German and English
- Experience with Automotive customers advantageous
Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts
- Build long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty
- Develop strategic account plans for revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Deliver value propositions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct regular reviews and joint planning sessions
- Analyze market trends and account risks
- Forecast account pipelines and sales results
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer success
- Coordinate with partners to maximize customer value
- Monitor and protect account profitability margins
- Support contract negotiations and investment strategies
- Lead and finalize price and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate performance reporting and documentation
