Requirements

  • •Completed law degree (Law or Business Law)
  • •Solid knowledge of Austrian law
  • •Independent, structured, and responsible working style
  • •Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality
  • •Enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and advising specialists and managers
  • •Interest in working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
  • •Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills, especially CEE languages, are an advantage

Tasks

  • •Coordinate closely with the Head of Group Legal & Compliance
  • •Provide legal advice and support for group companies in Austria and the CEE region
  • •Collaborate with internal departments on all legal matters
  • •Support the implementation and maintenance of the compliance management system
  • •Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners
  • •Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the group
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements
  • •Coordinate with external legal advisors
