Requirements
- •Completed law degree (Law or Business Law)
- •Solid knowledge of Austrian law
- •Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- •Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality
- •Enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and advising specialists and managers
- •Interest in working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
- •Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills, especially CEE languages, are an advantage

Tasks
- •Coordinate closely with the Head of Group Legal & Compliance
- •Provide legal advice and support for group companies in Austria and the CEE region
- •Collaborate with internal departments on all legal matters
- •Support the implementation and maintenance of the compliance management system
- •Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners
- •Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the group
- •Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements
- •Coordinate with external legal advisors
