Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in KYC, AML, onboarding, client due diligence, or comparable compliance area
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory topics (e.g., AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID)
  • Ability to structure information, identify gaps, and document decisions clearly
  • Communication skills for clients and internal stakeholders
  • English and German proficiency (C1 level)
  • Comfort working with digital tools for documentation and collaboration (e.g., MS Office)

Tasks

  • Support onboarding and ongoing due diligence
  • Ensure documentation quality and timely reviews
  • Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge management
  • Execute end-to-end KYC, FATCA, CRS activities
  • Handle daily client contact via phone, email, in person
  • Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage documentation quality for assigned portfolio
  • Maintain KYC data in internal databases
  • Collaborate with business colleagues and stakeholders
  • Support internal knowledge base maintenance
  • Contribute to innovation projects for efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance
