  • •Offer audio/video support for classes and events
  • •Diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues
  • •Install and configure operating systems and applications
  • •Use Active Directory and Intune/Azure for group policies
  • •Troubleshoot Windows, network security, and system integrations
  • •Create documentation for IT processes
  • •Provide end-user training
