Requirements

  • •HTL graduate, university degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience
  • •Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; organized and eager to learn
  • •Experience in customer or supplier communication and substrate industry is an advantage

Education

Vocational certification
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Support implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
  • •Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Certificates of Conformance and inspection specs
  • •Assist in customer approvals
  • •Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications
  • •Facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
  • •Assist in organizing customer audits and visits
  • •Ensure smooth communication during customer interactions
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards across all product life stages
