Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma from a technical school, university of applied sciences, or university in a technical field
- Experience in a regulated environment, particularly in Computerized System Validation (CSV)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of KNEAT, COMOS, DMS, TrackWise, and SAP
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
Tasks
- Assist in preparing commissioning and validation documents
- Participate in CSV activities for new constructions and system upgrades
- Support review of deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers on CSV tasks
- Assist in preparing CSV documentation for audits and inspections
- Track CSV activity schedules and compile progress reports
- Support alignment of CSV activities with QA strategy
- Contribute to reviewing and improving CSV documents
- Perform additional tasks as required
