- •1–3 years B2B sales experience
- •Ideal experience as SDR or BDR
- •Ideal experience in SaaS environment
- •Strong outbound foundation and phone comfort
- •Motivation for closing and commercial growth
- •High coachability and responsiveness to feedback
- •Structured, disciplined, and KPI-oriented
- •Competitive mindset and strong internal drive
- •Native German and fluent English skills
- •Passion and enthusiasm for the mission

- •Qualify and convert prospects into closed-won customers
- •Generate additional pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
- •Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
