Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or similar
  • 6+ years JavaCard Applet development experience for mass-market products
  • Experience with compliancy certification of payment and eGovernment applications
  • Solid understanding of Secure Element/smartcard internal workings
  • Good understanding of cryptographic algorithms (DES, AES, RSA, ECC, PKCS)
  • Strong communication skills and experience with diverse teams
  • Experience technically leading and steering multi-site software development teams
  • Fluent English skills (verbally and written)
  • Basic knowledge of automotive standards and procedures (IATF16949, FMEA, ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262)
  • Experience technically collaborating in a cross-industry organization (Car Connectivity Consortium) is a plus
  • Conscious and reliable way of working for security related tasks

Tasks

  • Translate market requirements into product specifications
  • Design secure JavaCard applets for various services
  • Develop JavaCard applets for car access, battery management, telematic systems, identification, and payment
  • Conduct internal unit and system tests
  • Support functional and security testing at external test houses
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team
