  • Procure and replenish hardware and software
  • Install and support hardware and software equipment
  • Support PC workstations and printers
  • Provide first-level IT support
  • Support experimental studies
  • Maintain the internet presence
  • Administer the network
  • Manage shared Faculty IT infrastructure
