Requirements

  • •Tech background, software engineer or similar
  • •3+ years of experience in IT support roles
  • •Experience with Google Workspace administration, Slack, Jamf, MDM systems, ITSM tooling and processes, Microsoft (365, Intune, Azure)
  • •Expertise trouble-shooting hardware with all 4 major operating systems
  • •Strong hands-on technical experience with managing IT infrastructure
  • •Knowledge of SaaS platform and user management
  • •Fluency in English required, proficiency in German is an advantage

  • •Oversee maintenance and configuration of user endpoint devices
  • •Provide high-quality 1st and 2nd level support to global workforce
  • •Manage and enhance ecosio’s Google Workspace environment
  • •Ensure secure configuration and integration of tools and services
  • •Handle on-boarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on remote work
  • •Ensure smooth operation of IT and network equipment in Vienna HQ
  • •Support compliance with frameworks like ISO27001 and ISO 22301
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless integration of local IT and cloud environments
