- IT-Infrastruktur und Systeme reibungslos und sicher betreiben
- Microsoft 365, Azure AD sowie lokale und cloudbasierte Infrastrukturen betreiben und administrieren
- Netzwerk-, Cloud- und Systemarchitektur kontinuierlich optimieren
- IT-Projekte eigenständig planen, umsetzen und ausrollen
- Neue Tools implementieren
- IT-Security sicherstellen
- Technische Fragen beantworten und Kolleg:innen bei Geräten, Software und Anwendungen unterstützen (First- & Second-Level-Support)
- Aktivitäten und Prozesse in Notion dokumentieren
