- •Strong service orientation and quality awareness
- •Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- •Fluency in English; German is an advantage
- •Experience with identity and access management solutions or endpoint management solutions

- •Set up and configure laptops and printers
- •Maintain conference room equipment and other hardware
- •Administer local infrastructure on MacOS and Windows
- •Manage Cisco infrastructure, including access points and routers
- •Handle account management and access rights for Google Workspace and VPN
- •Develop and enhance IT infrastructure and processes
- •Implement IT infrastructure projects for company growth
- •Create a centralized identification and authentication platform
- •Address complex service requests for 1st and 2nd level support
- •Create technical documentation and reports
- •Select and manage hardware
