  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT service delivery, IT management, or IT service management
  • •Result-oriented and pragmatic way of working
  • •Proven facilitation of cross-functional working groups
  • •Team player with high social competence
  • •Tooling and metrics know-how a plus: ServiceNow, Jira, APM/observability tools
