- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to 400 EMEA users
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID
- Administer Active Directory and cloud applications
- Support client hardware including laptops and printers
- Assist with Cisco Meraki and Sophos network management
- Maintain server and workstation backups with Veeam and Azure
- Monitor organizational security and compliance
- Drive IT projects for migrations, automation, and security
- Register and document incidents and changes
- Collaborate with IT colleagues in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and China
