Requirements

• •Educational background in IT or related field
• •Experience in IT security or system administration
• •Knowledge of network and endpoint security
• •Analytical skills and structured problem-solving
• •Documentation skills and security tool usage
• •Knowledge of ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz
• •Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and team support
• •Teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to learn
• •Very good German and English skills

Tasks

• •Manage IT security within a complex international system landscape
• •Operate and develop endpoint security solutions
• •Harden and monitor client and server infrastructure
• •Analyze and respond to security events and incidents
• •Conduct vulnerability analyses and derive necessary measures
• •Ensure consistent patch and update discipline
• •Contribute to firewall, proxy, and network security policies
• •Harden interfaces between the network and end devices
• •Support the IT team with general technical administrative tasks
• •Implement IT security policies based on ISO 27001 and BSI standards
• •Transfer security requirements like NIS2 into daily operations
• •Lead IT security projects and sub-projects
• •Provide technical coaching and advice to team members
