Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English skills
- At least 4 years IT experience in sales, business analysis, and project management
- Experience within the FMCG industry (ideal)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Track record of delivering/rolling out business applications
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to navigate complex processes
- Proactive risk addressing
- Exposure to modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Exposure to SAP systems (S/4, CRM, MDG)
- Ability to work effectively in international/cross-functional team
- Eagerness to learn and contribute fresh ideas
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
Tasks
- Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional international projects
- Focus on sales and business applications, analytics, and AI enablement
- Coordinate project scope, budget, timelines, quality, and external teams
- Ensure alignment with IT, Sales, Data, and other stakeholders
- Develop and manage strong relationships with IT and sales stakeholders
- Manage and steer external vendors and internal delivery teams
- Partner with IT and sales teams to understand business processes
- Gather and challenge requirements for sales-related applications
- Translate requirements into robust technical concepts
- Lead requirements engineering efforts and challenge assumptions
- Design end-to-end solution architectures with IT, data, and analytics teams
- Leverage cloud platforms, data lakes, and AI/ML models
- Drive standardization and harmonization of global sales processes
- Identify and support innovative approaches to improve sales tools
- Collaborate with the innovation team to explore new technologies
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and analytics strategy
- Identify high-value use cases for advanced analytics and machine learning
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies
- Develop business cases for new initiatives
- Promote a data-driven mindset within the organization
- Support the organization in adopting new tools and ways of working
