Requirements

  • Master of Science in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP production planning and/or quality management modules
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of business processes in production and quality management
  • Professional experience in IT/SAP project management
  • Ability to partner and challenge business ideas and requirements
  • Open, communicative, and solution-oriented personality in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team-oriented environment

Tasks

  • Lead projects within the SAP Production Application Team
  • Drive successful delivery of projects and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Deliver process improvements aligned with strategic goals
  • Manage projects from requirements gathering to implementation
  • Control project time, scope, and budget
  • Clarify requirements with SAP and non-SAP technical teams
  • Design integrated solutions for technical implementation
  • Provide ongoing 3rd level technical support for SAP applications
  • Take responsibility for various SAP applications in production and quality management
  • Ensure professional and technical development of applications
  • Support strategic alignment of the IT system landscape
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to project goals
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication among all parties
