Tasks
- Provide onsite IT/OT support
- Perform break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, and handhelds
- Support lab equipment
- Offer local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
- Troubleshoot automation and production systems
- Address PLC, SCADA, and OT network issues
- Support software upgrades
- Perform patching in lab/OT environments
- Manage backups in lab/OT environments
- Handle incident management (ITIL-based)
- Manage problem management (ITIL-based)
- Execute change management (ITIL-based)
- Ensure compliance with CSV procedures
- Adhere to GxP procedures
- Maintain data integrity procedures
- Participate in disaster recovery planning
- Contribute to business continuity planning
