- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation processes
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for automation faults and network issues
- Collaborate with Engineering, QC, and Maintenance to resolve problems
- Author SOPs and validation documents
- Support cross-functional initiatives and drive automation optimization
- Facilitate digital transformation efforts
