- Maintain configuration and procedure documentation
- Maintain recovery workflow documentation
- Support NFS and SMB file-sharing services
- Contribute to NetApp storage administration
- Collaborate with VMware and Linux teams
- Troubleshoot backup and storage issues
- Ensure timely recovery
- Adhere to security and compliance requirements
- Contribute to regular recovery testing
- Support system upgrades and decommissioning
