- Cloud-native mindset using Kubernetes
- Experience with Dell server hardware
- Conceptual understanding of Storage Area Networks (Brocade/Broadcom)
- Exceptional troubleshooting ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong ability to interpret business and user needs
Tasks
- Maintain healthy infrastructure (networks, datacenters, servers, services)
- Assist with business-critical network infrastructure rollouts
- Assist with product and service rollouts
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Comply with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements
- Produce IT procedure documentation
- Maintain IT procedure documentation
- Provide on-call production support for IT Operations (rota basis)
