Requirements

  • Understanding of legal/regulatory requirements for Financial Market IT
  • Understanding of international IT best practices/standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO2700x, IS0 2000x)
  • Very good knowledge of IT processes and process design
  • Ability to translate understanding into internal procedures/documentation
  • Passion/motivation for IT governance & information security
  • Desire to learn
  • Ambition to deliver good quality results
  • Knowledge of Office365 suite
  • Knowledge of Ticketing Systems (e.g., JIRA)
  • Governance related certifications (COBIT, ITIL)
  • Knowledge on advanced tools for documentation (asset)

Tasks

  • Consult on process development and changes
  • Support process implementation and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with 2nd line guidelines and procedures
  • Update and maintain resilience concepts and protocols
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on resilience reports
  • Deliver on DORA-related requirements
  • Align and track yearly XEOps procedure updates
  • Consult on IT audit evidence requests
  • Prepare information for 2nd Lines and Legal Entities
  • Track and support closure of audit findings
  • Document implemented Backup & Restore concepts
  • Serve as a Point-of-Contact for IT processes and controls
  • Identify and mitigate gaps in control implementation
  • Support the closure of documentation gaps
  • Conduct Risk Assessments for IT applications and infrastructure
  • Manage IT risks with Subject Matter Experts

Education

  • High school diploma
