  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in Finance & Controlling and process management
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
  • Experience in process design, documentation, and support
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Solution-oriented, independent, and structured work approach
  • Strong analytical thinking and assertiveness

Tasks

  • Drive optimization and digitalization of key processes.
  • Serve as the central contact for process topics.
  • Collaborate with business departments and IT.
  • Ensure an efficient, future-oriented process landscape.
  • Continuously develop, document, and optimize Finance & Controlling processes.
  • Develop a new P&L accounting concept.
  • Align business processes with departments.
  • Manage IT projects in Finance & Controlling.
  • Handle change requests in Finance & Controlling.
  • Conduct functional testing in Finance & Controlling.
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Provide 2nd-level user support.
  • Collaborate with key users in departments and subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure efficient processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
