- •Very good ITIL and Configuration Management knowledge
- •Experience managing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM
- •Strong IT infrastructure and ServiceNow CSDM knowledge
- •Relevant IT apprenticeship and ITSM experience
- •Ability to analyze and communicate complex issues
- •Responsible, structured, and independent work style
- •Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
- •Fluent written and spoken German and English

Tasks
- •Own and design the IT Configuration Item inventory
- •Maintain the CMDB to ensure infrastructure transparency
- •Develop a comprehensive Configuration Item framework
- •Define CI management levels and control requirements
- •Design CMDB structures and table interactions
- •Map data flows and service dependencies
- •Govern Configuration Management processes for all stakeholders
- •Perform technical assessments of system requirements
- •Empower stakeholders to manage risks and resilience
- •Coordinate with internal and external service providers
- •Ensure provider compliance with transparency standards
- •Collaborate with strategic projects on data quality
- •Oversee the design and coding of reporting capabilities
