- Several years of IT–business interface experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or comparable qualification/experience
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes
- Experience in production environments or corporate functions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with demand and portfolio management
- Familiarity with IT service processes
- Understanding of digitalization and automation
- Fluency in English
- German language skills highly desirable
Tasks
- Drive partnerships with Austrian plants and corporate/group functions
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Translate business needs into value-driven IT initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end demand lifecycle for efficient delivery
- Align local and functional initiatives with global IT strategy
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and delivery teams
- Contribute to prioritization and portfolio planning
- Provide transparency and manage risks and dependencies
- Ensure business value realization
