Tasks
- Manage dialogue with the Swiss financial community
- Support fair valuation of Novartis
- Strengthen relationships with current shareholders
- Create and execute key account plans
- Expand shareholder base
- Identify new potential investor targets
- Address investor and analyst inquiries
- Provide accurate and balanced financial information
- Deliver aligned messages supporting the Novartis equity story
- Ensure Swiss sell-side analysts have relevant information
- Enable accurate financial modeling by analysts
- Present the Novartis equity story in IR-only roadshows
- Plan and support senior management roadshows
- Support bank conference participation
- Support one-on-one investor meetings
- Support other investor events, including capital markets days
- Train senior management on disclosure principles
- Provide guidance on external messaging
- Serve as a subject matter expert on a key therapeutic area
- Anticipate investor questions with internal stakeholders
- Collect relevant information for external messaging
- Shape external messaging
- Capture investor and analyst feedback
- Share feedback with the IR team and senior management
