- •At least 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale trade
- •Proven success in package or bulk used vehicle sales
- •Deep understanding of the European used car market and its pricing structures
- •Experience in building and managing international dealer networks
- •Confident use of CRM systems and data analysis tools
- •Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude
- •Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
- •Excellent German and English skills; additional European languages are a plus
- •Existing contacts with international dealers, importers, or trading platforms are a clear advantage

- •Collaborate with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs
- •Design sales programs to increase market share
- •Implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies
- •Build and coach a small international sales team
- •Monitor and report KPIs to management and stakeholders
