Requirements

  • Competency and experience in electronics and/or failure analysis
  • University students in scientific disciplines
  • Independent and accurate work
  • Fluent English

Tasks

  • Support running business activities in the Quality department
  • Support Reliability and Failure Analysis laboratories
  • Check inventory of reliability hardware
  • Check inventory of consumables in failure analysis area
  • Support ongoing improvement projects
  • Support 5S initiatives
  • Integrate reliability hardware into electronic databases
  • Implement standardization improvements in the lab environment
  • Perform failure analysis for internal requests
  • Conduct mechanical/chemical preparation of products
  • Perform optical microscopy of products
  • Perform electron microscopy of products
  • Analyze material composition of products
  • Verify recipes for ongoing test requests
  • Integrate test plans into reliability database
  • Design lab hardware
  • Create test jigs
  • Create customized trays for part handling

Education

  • Currently in higher education

  • English – Business Fluent
