Tasks

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Identify new sales channels for language travel products.
  • Acquire new sales partners online and in-person.
  • Manage relationships with partner schools.
  • Discuss booking issues and travel documents with schools.
  • Create and maintain camp content on the platform.
  • Manage invoices for customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate storage of accounting information.
  • Analyze online marketing campaigns using tracking tools.
