Tasks

  • Support portfolio management of mutual funds and institutional mandates
  • Translate AI-driven stock selection and allocation signals into portfolios
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements
  • Prepare and execute orders for fund rebalancing
  • Monitor statutory and contractual investment limits
  • Analyze and address limit breaches
  • Improve and automate portfolio management processes
  • Prepare daily market and performance updates
  • Analyze discrepancies between realized and expected portfolio performance
  • Prepare monthly fund reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research on portfolio construction and transaction costs
  • Explore adaptive rebalancing strategies for evolving market conditions
  • Collaborate with portfolio management, research, trading, and software engineering
  • Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
