Tasks
- Investigate implementing protein expression systems
- Uncouple mAb molecule expression from CHO cell pathways
- Lead generation of cell lines expressing exogenous RNA polymerase
- Evaluate impact on mAb yield
- Generate and characterize modified cell pools
- Perform productivity assays to measure mAb titer
- Perform single cell cloning of best pools
- Obtain clonal cell lines
- Screen clonal cell lines for enzyme expression using ddPCR
- Compare enzyme-expressing and control cell lines at different scales
- Assess productivity using Beacon technology
- Utilize automated robotic platforms
- Operate Ambr15 system
- Analyze experimental data using chosen programming language
- Design experiments with experienced researchers
- Execute experiments with experienced researchers
- Analyze experimental data
- Present findings to the wider team
