- Bachelor's or Master's degree within last 12 months, or enrolled in Master's program in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Tech-enthusiast with interest in code, physical products, and cutting-edge technology meeting modern manufacturing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooter mindset, independent worker, dedicated team player
- Technical expertise in Python and its ecosystem, proficiency in image analysis tools
- Knowledge in optics and spectroscopy is a plus
- Strong foundation in statistical data analysis
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Tasks
- Transform raw manufacturing data into actionable intelligence
- Evaluate and deploy microscopy-based optical stage for inspection
- Analyze product components using advanced imaging techniques
- Apply Machine Learning algorithms for feature extraction
- Classify components using automated accept/reject criteria
- Leverage classical statistics for data analysis
- Use predictive modeling to correlate imaging features
- Present analytical findings to multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with Operations and R&D for data-backed mitigations
- Solve real-life quality issues at customer sites
- Focus on high-priority product care projects
- Develop solutions for in-field quality issues
