- •Run and optimize DSP unit operations
- •Develop and analyze drug substance processes
- •Document findings and create technical reports
- •Select membranes and optimize TFF processes
- •Manage buffer exchange and diafiltration strategies
- •Screen precipitation and resolubilization kinetics
- •Plan experiments using statistical DoE methods
- •Analyze data using Excel, JMP, or Python
- •Collaborate with analytics and manufacturing teams
- •Maintain lab safety and aseptic techniques
