Requirements

Tasks

  • Support Central and Southeastern European markets in Voice of Customer (VoC) area
  • Ensure homogeneous customer experience landscape
  • Support rollout of new Customer Experience and VoC projects
  • Analyze existing VoC processes and surveys
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements
  • Track and process ongoing system problems in Qualtrics
  • Maintain established online platforms (e.g., FAQ pages)
  • Align with 12 markets for platform maintenance
  • Manage user accounts for VoC tools
  • Support KPI tracking by conducting weekly reports
  • Design training documents and presentations
  • Conduct trainings for market and team members

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
