Requirements
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., MBA, RPh or equivalent)
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Minimal 5 years HEOR-related experience
- Subject matter expertise in HEOR, HTA, value demonstration
- Deep understanding of HTA/Payer evidence requirements
- Understanding of decision-making dynamics (ex-US)
- Significant experience in global drug development
- Strong knowledge of research methodology
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods in data analysis
- Considerable experience collaborating with quantitative scientists
- Extensive cross-functional experience
- Innovation-focused, agile mindset
- Strong project-management capabilities
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- 7+ years relevant HEOR-related experience
- 2+ years experience in Neuroscience therapeutic area
- 2+ years experience in rare disease
Tasks
- Develop and implement HEOR & HTA strategies aligned with product and access goals
- Generate impactful HEOR evidence and deliverables for various stages of product development
- Ensure HTA and payer evidence requirements are integrated into clinical development plans
- Create and deliver GVD, JCA Dossiers, Early HTA Briefing Books, Cost-effectiveness Models, and Budget Impact Models
- Conduct evidence synthesis, utility strategy, indirect treatment comparisons, and patient preference studies
- Design and execute access-enabling outcomes research and studies
- Reflect access evidence needs in pivotal clinical programs, phase 3b/4, and RWE plans
- Ensure timely delivery of value evidence for prioritized markets to achieve reimbursement
- Develop communication and dissemination strategies to translate HEOR evidence into value stories
- Build strong partnerships with International V&A, Global and International Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with global regulatory, therapy area policy, and access colleagues for early scientific advice
- Network with thought leaders in the HEOR field and share learnings to upskill the organization
- Stay informed about internal and external developments affecting HEOR and HTA domains
- Support external engagement with HTA bodies, policy makers, and regulatory agencies
- Shape the HTA environment and inform the organization on opportunities and risks
- Contribute to the functional strategy and vision of the International HEOR & HTA team
- Represent the function on critical internal initiatives
- Embrace change and help optimize ways of working with a focus on agility and efficiency
