- Refine and implement Category Management training programs
- Collaborate with country teams on training initiatives
- Co-lead CatMan Lite and Space Planning training sessions
- Create an environment for knowledge sharing
- Lead the communications framework for the team
- Coordinate the quarterly Global Trade Marketing community meeting
- Maintain and update internal space planning content
- Support country teams in developing planogramming solutions
