Requirements
- Enrolled student or gap year student
- Interest in HR, learning, leadership, organizational development, strategy
- Structured, independent, reliable work manner
- Communicative and team-oriented
- Confident MS Office user (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Initial experience with digital tools or learning platforms (plus)
- Very good German skills (written and spoken)
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Preference for equally qualified severely disabled applicants
Tasks
- Support organizational and talent development projects
- Assist in learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement and employer branding efforts
- Organize and execute workshops, trainings, and internal events
- Contribute to the roll-out of the new corporate strategy
- Design and implement learning and development offerings
- Develop future skills and digital learning formats
- Communicate learning and development initiatives internally
- Maintain and structure content in the learning management system
- Update knowledge platforms with relevant content
- Support the roll-out of employee surveys
- Prepare and analyze survey results
- Plan and execute employer branding projects
- Coordinate and manage project shoots
- Provide flexible support for special tasks and current topics
Education
- Currently in higher education
