  • Student or graduate of digital marketing, business informatics, or computer science
  • Keen interest in digital topics and self-learning in infrastructural contexts
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good English skills and enjoyment of working in an international team
  • Initial experience with digital tools, such as HubSpot, Jira, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and CMS

Tasks

  • Support ongoing Marketing Automation projects in HubSpot
  • Set up email workflows for automated communication
  • Analyze success of email campaigns and manage customer data
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding online platforms
  • Reconcile and classify customer requests
  • Create support tickets in Jira and ServiceNow
  • Develop test cases for new features in the VARTA Partner Portal
  • Organize user acceptance tests and coordinate feedback
  • Create internal training materials for tool implementation
  • Coordinate with the European Trade Marketing team and external agencies
  • Take initiative on additional projects of interest

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
