Tasks
- Support creating and implementing the global learning strategy
- Prepare talent management discussions and reports
- Support nomination, preparation, and follow-up of career transition programs
- Contribute to realizing defined Strategic Workforce Planning actions
- Support the Learning & Talent Development Manager in designing and rolling out learning offers
- Assist the team with data-related tasks, including reporting and dashboards
- Create PowerPoint presentations with data visualization
- Actively participate in Inclusion Councils and support related initiatives
- Organize and support internal events
- Support Family & Health initiatives and contribute to employee well-being programs
Education
- Currently in higher education
